Service details
Our pool and spa maintenance service is designed for villa owners and rental properties on Koh Samui. We offer flexible schedules (weekly or fortnightly) and can tailor the service to your pool size and usage.
Included in each visit: skimming debris, brushing walls and steps, vacuuming, checking and cleaning the pump basket and filter, testing water (pH, chlorine, alkalinity), and adding chemicals as needed. We also inspect equipment and report any issues with a clear quote for repairs.
Rates & pricing
Rates depend on pool size and visit frequency. Typical range: from 1,500 THB per visit for standard villa pools. Monthly contracts receive a discounted rate. One-off deep cleans and opening/closing services are quoted separately.
Travel & call-out cost
Travel within our standard areas (Chaweng, Bophut, Lamai, Maenam, Choeng Mon) is included in the visit price. For other locations on the island we may add a small call-out fee; we will confirm before your first visit.
Terms of service
We recommend a minimum 3-month agreement for regular maintenance. Payment is due after each visit unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged. We guarantee water quality and equipment checks at each visit.
